- SGSamantha GarciaJan 7, 20254.0Had a package that was delivered to the wrong home so I filed a claim and the post office was able to retrieve and deliver it to me, Post Master even gave me a call to confirm that I received the package after the mail carrier delivered it. Great customer service and communication on behalf of the post office.
- BRB RFeb 14, 20201.0Package arrived to the Bondurant Office, and we didn't receive a single note saying we had a package or that it would only be held for a certain number of days. When we realized we hadn't checked on the tracking for sometime, it was already being sent back to the sender. Of course USPS, can't do anything about it. Shame on the staff at this facility for not doing their jobs and informing their customers that they need to go to the office to pick up their packages.

If you like getting your mail whenever the carriers feel like delivering then you won’t have a problem, but if you get mail that’s consistently time sensitive you might as well pull your hair out now. Mail is consistently delivered to the wrong house, not delivered, or shows up days late.
