- SGStacy GreggNov 12, 20251.0Stopped in in between getting off work & kid pick up for what should have been a quick transaction. I had a package I had to sign for. They were attempting to forward MY package , & near had to fight tooth & nail to get them to hand it over, apparently someone who lived there previously shares a name with my daughter who the package was addressed to. I knew exactly what the package was as I was expecting it the people sending it just wanted to be sure we got it so they made it where we had to sign for it. To top it off they tried telling me my 11 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WAS Going to have to come sign for it, because they addressed it to her since it was for Her.!!! Yes you read that correctly that they tried to get me to bring my 11 Year old daughter to sign for a package mind you she has no form of legal id at all, but she has to sign for it please can we just grow a brain.

It seems as if it isn't 85° and sunny he isn't going to come up our hill and deliver our mail. We keep it plowed and salted, and no other delivery service or the driver who drives when it's his day off has any trouble coming up and delivering, ONLY HIM!!!! Time for him to get a flat route......
- JMJes MMay 24, 20211.0I'm a weekly USPS customer as I send packages for business; almost always Priority Mail. One feature of using Priority Mail service is the free use of packaging tape however I rarely take advantage of that service. On Monday I waited in line patiently with a Priority box. When I got to the counter I asked if the customer service person would place one strip of tape across the top of my box; I had already taped the bottom of the box and had one strip across the top. The customer service lady notified me that they no longer provide tape and that I would need to buy tape to use. Seeing that the line I had waited in was long, customer service offered no tape nor apologies for the inconvenience. There were also no Priority Mail labels at the kiosk and the outside Mail box was stuffed to capacity. The Asian lady who works as customer service is extremely rude.
