  A big thank you to Erik, handling a LOT of Amazon returns first thing on a Thursday morning. He was efficient, and apologized (unneeded) when he needed to pause to tape up a full box. He was super nice and made my return effortless!

  I came into the Ankeny store on14 Mar 25.. I was in the process of printing a document at the self-service printer when the staff declared the store was closed and that I needed to stop my print process and leave. I would have been done in 2 minutes and the store doors were open when I came in. But the store staff was abrupt and was more interested in chasing me and two other customers out of store rather than accommodating customers that were in the store before closing time. Bad customer relations.
