- LLLeslynFeb 9, 20261.0I’ve been shipping packages for over 3 months with no issues, today I go up to the desk for assistance something I NEVER do as I usually navigate through the process very well. But today an Old white man wearing glasses I’m not sure his name but he’s bald so I doubt it’s hard to figure out who it is. He blatantly disrespected my partner & I, withholding a shipping labeled that was already paid for, demanded we change the packaging in front of him Stating I had to pay out of pocket extra money in order to get him to ship it. I’m not sure what kind of extortion they have going on. He had no issue helping out a Caucasian couple ahead of us but seen two latinas & acted as if we were doing something wrong. Keep in mind I’ve never had any issues shipping or receiving through usps until today. Not sure what the employment hiring process looks like but you need to work on better customer service training. No reason you have an older generation working behind the counter with no manners nor the knowledge to back up the information he was attempting to state. USPS do better. This is a serious liability for discriminatory behavior.
