  Danielle in the Printing Department was fantastic. She patiently provided advice and when my online order would not have turned out well with what I had entered, she took the time to call me and suggest a better option. Thank you so much, Danielle!

  The lady at the print center was not very helpful. Very short and did not explain things. This was Saturday 1/24. She asked if I needed to print right away (well yes) and then quickly started pushing me to use the self printers. I immediately say I need cardstock because I couldn’t get a word in about what I was even printing. She then just starts saying the long email I need to send my prints too. I start sending them. It was 10 certificates. Nothing crazy. She then starts printing them off. I get done emailing and she says okay that will be 1 hour. I’m am a bit shocked because half of them are printed right there. I can see the pile. I ask why and she says well what if other customers come in. Ma’am. Really. I’m the only one here. I understand it can take 1 hour and that’s fine but the way things were said just were not good. To add to that my prints were in fact messed up. One was double printed so one item didn’t get printed.

  I was having trouble picking out a printer and Heather saved the day! Not only was she helpful in getting a printer but she helped me out to my car with it as well. She also helped me get the app downloaded so I could earn rewards on my large purchase. She was absolutely wonderful!
