Last year the sent one of my Christmas gifts back to the sender, for literally no reason. Nobody could tell me why it was sent back. This year they "delivered" my package, but didn't deliver my package, and said that my other package couldn't be delivered because they couldn't access my completely empty mail box.

The USPS is the best place to ship your packages 📦 you know exactly were it is. If you have issues call the Postmaster and they can help you.

Absolutely unprofessional. I was parking for the Oktoberfest parade and I saw a bunch of cars parking in the post office parking lot so I parked there because I thought it was fine. I was unloading my son from my car and getting him strapped into the stroller when a postal worker, in her full postal uniform, as she was getting into her postal service work vehicle, decided to start yelling and cursing me out about how "y'all aren't even supposed to be parking here" and then she flipped me off and got into her car. And then as she was starting her car, she continued to flip me off. I started crossing the parking lot with my infant son in the stroller. She decided to roll up behind me and sat there blaring her car horn right behind me and my son. And then she flipped me off again.I would've moved my car for her if she had just asked me.
