- JHJohn HarveyApr 17, 20264.0I'm a little angry their Amazon returns were down for a week then I found out that they weren't really down. It was just a lazy employee who had at least had been fired now. According to the employee who was assisting me anyway. They were very efficient themselves tho.

I had driven about 20 minutes to find a specific item and was having trouble locating it. Remo stepped in right away, was incredibly kind, and quickly found exactly what I needed. His helpful attitude and efficiency made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. It really meant a lot, especially after making the trip out. Employees like Remo are the reason I’ll continue to shop at this location. Thank you again!

I said hello to him and he couldn't even be bothered to take his head phones out. He handed me my receipt and walked away. Blown away by how bad this store has gotten. I've gone here a few times recently and had poor customer service. I'll actively be staying away from this place from now on.
