- MSMissy SimonAug 31, 20211.0This has got to be the WORST Post Office ever!! Every time I go in there it seems like only one lady is working even though there are others in there. I am blown away by the lack of customer service and lack of urgency the workers have at this location. When the ONE person that actually works is busy and the line is 4+ people deep, don't stand there wiping down counters or looking over your shoulder, jump in and do something. IF you have to go here, make sure you have plenty of time because they could care less if you're on a schedule.

They do a fantastic job getting my packages on their way, quickly. I highly recommend the Altoona, IA location. They're awesome to work with! ♡
