- ABAntonio BanuelosDec 18, 20251.0We have used Staples for printing our Christmas cards for almost 10 years and we have seen the quality of the printing and the service decline. The pictures are dark and off center, badly cut and some are crooked. It is a very manual process (I saw it when I was waiting for an order that wasn't even noticed) performed by unmotivated staff. This year it was the last drop as they printed our order wrong, didn't have it ready when promised, the communication to pick it up came a week after we had already picked them up, and the attitude of the staff was simply "that is the way it is because we are in peak season." We used them for some office products for our home business but we are going to buy somewhere else now. We print over 300 Christmas cards every year, next year we are going somewhere else.
