When asking the gentlemen behind the return counter he got really rude and said they were busy. I understand this but waiting almost a half hour just get checked out is insane. Please do better.

The floor staff was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and they answered my questions without hesitation. The store was clean, well organized, and welcoming. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would gladly recommend this location to others.

When you need an employees for any assistance they look at you and carry on with their work like you don’t exist. There is never more than one person helping customers. This is the 5th time I’ve dealt with this before deciding to leave a review. This store needs work. I’ll drive to Ankeny for now on.

When I it was my turn I put my package on the counter that was unopened, and she proceeded to give me a very condescending tutorial on how to open a package and then continued to be rude throughout the interaction. I get working with the public sucks, but come on. She was not only extremely rude to the customers but also to the guy that she was working at the return center with. He was doing a great job and was helping people in a very timely manner. Clearly this did not meet her expectations because there were several condescending remarks made towards him while I was in line.
