She asked if I was shipping priority and I said I wasn’t sure, whatever is cheapest and she just sighed and sat there as I stood at the counter. She never got up to weigh my package or do anything. I finally just walked out. Terrible service.

It has been sitting at the post office “unable to deliver, pkg is too large for vehicle.” As of today it has sit there for 4 days. I have called for redelivery twice. Linsey at the Algona post office is refusing to deliver. She wants me to refuse the pkg and she will send it back. I said, no I want the pkg to get to the Algona Manor where it’s suppose to be. Nope. I have called amazon and the postal service multiple times. SHE IS UNWILLING TO DO HER JOB. Don’t use this post office. Drive to another little town. At least they are kind and there for customer service. This box is not too large, it will fit on the back seat of a truck. I had help waiting at the manor to unload. RUDE PEOPLE. Should not be at a government job!!!!! This is unfortunate!!!!! Your mail is at the date of whatever they feel like doing. Not what they should be doing!!!!!
