Editing review - Multiple times my packages say they are delivered and they never get in my po box to be delivered. Multiple times I have had to ask for them to search in the back for my packages for it to get to me. No slips are left to indicate that I have a package to even be picked up. I had a package sit for 4 months in the back waiting to be delivered to me and not a single paper was given to me indicating that I needed to pick it up. Please adress your problems as I run a small business and at this point I would much rather deal with driving all the way to marshalltown to recieve my fabrics and such than having to wait FOUR MONTHS for a package to be delivered after I had confronted them about where my package was. Its frustrating more than anything and it takes up my time to communicate with the individual that shipped my item out to ensure that gave me the correct shipping label or shipped it to the correct adress.

The hours are short and makes it hard to get packages . Please start disciplining your employees and make them work. People are getting lazy and not being held accountable.
