- NNNicoleMar 9, 20265.0We just did mine and my son’s passport at Waimānalo USPS. I made an appointment but we were early and they took us anyway. Was in and out before our scheduled appointment time. Both ladies working that day were total sweethearts. The one that completed our applications and took pictures was so patient with my 2 yr old (who was hysterical). She kept going until she had a usable picture, and I don’t think many other employees would’ve taken the time to calm down a toddler and get him to smile. I didn’t get her name, but my receipts say “cashier 12.” I didn’t work directly with the other woman working when I went in (it was a Friday in February at 1:00 pm), but her patience with an elderly uncle who was hard of hearing, and her respect towards both him and an auntie that came in definitely caught my attention. I’d love to see both of these ladies be acknowledged for their superior customer service. Hands down the best USPS experience I’ve ever had.
- JJjwilcxzzMar 1, 20261.0Very disappointed in this postal service. They are only open from 10-3:30 which are most obviously work hours for most so how am I supposed to pick up my package? My package requires signature upon delivery so I rescheduled my delivery to Saturday. They came Friday while I was at work. Very unbelievable and inconvenient.
