I was so impressed how he assisted us and still multi tasked by making sure all the customers that were coming into the branch were recognized. He was kind, patient and very professional. USPS you have a one of kind employee!

My wife, a 5'2 small woman, just wanted a package and the dude was more aggressive and rude than most people are to other men. We were a few min, maybe 2, late to package pickup and the dude took almost 10 minutes to get to the buzzer only to aggressively state the hours and angrily point at the buzzer. The kicker was he didn't seem to even know they gave packages out at 0930, stating it's only a 2:30 to 3:30 time until he saw the sticker he was so angrily pointing to.
- JMJon MendozaApr 28, 20251.0Never seen a meaner ruder post office worker as the dude working here. I think he enjoys telling people off even though nothing I or my wife said warranted it. Ordered something to a friends house via Amazon. Amazon said delivery was attempted but it wasn’t because we were home and it was a Sunday. Then said being held at post office. We can to post office when it opened the next day Monday and asked the postmaster for package being held and he rudely said “your not going to get it because I won’t deliver there”. It’s my friends house on a residential street. Then I asked him how I would get it and he said “you’re not going won’t. We sent it back this morning.” Dude was super rude. Has a chip on his shoulder for sure.
