Kenneth had such exceptional high quality customer service. I was so impressed how he assisted us and still multi tasked by making sure all the customers that were coming into the branch were recognized. He was kind, patient and very professional. USPS you have a one of kind employee!

Staff was rude and acted as if doing his job was a lot to ask. My wife, a 5'2 small woman, just wanted a package and the dude was more aggressive and rude than most people are to other men. We were a few min, maybe 2, late to package pickup and the dude took almost 10 minutes to get to the buzzer only to aggressively state the hours and angrily point at the buzzer. The kicker was he didn't seem to even know they gave packages out at 0930, stating it's only a 2:30 to 3:30 time until he saw the sticker he was so angrily pointing to.

I am writing this review with deep disappointment and frustration regarding the service, or lack thereof, at the Waialua Post Office.
The manner in which — Kenneth —operates is nothing short of disgraceful.
During my year of living at the Waialua Post Office address range, I have been subjected to consistent discrimination, unwarranted harassment, and openly hostile behavior.
Kenneth has taken it upon himself to repeatedly hold our packages, failing to notify us of their arrival. This reached its climax when he yelled at me in the store, even going so far as to deny me a receipt for my returned packages.
The discrimination does not end with me. My business partner, who is of Russian descent, has been the target of Kenneth's cruel and unwarranted slurs.
I tried to approach the situation diplomatically, requesting to speak with the supervisor, Mary. However, even this simple request seemed too much to ask, with another employee informing me that I would need to wait nearly an hour.
I want to make it clear that I am taking formal action. I possess proof of Kenneth's outbursts, and any review of the office's security cameras would further validate my claims.
To the local community, and potential customers of the Waialua Post Office: please be aware of the discriminatory and hostile environment perpetuated by Kenneth.
We, as tax-paying citizens and patrons, deserve better.
