The employees acted like I was asking for personal favors and insulting their mothers. They were overtly rude and hostile without any provocation on my part. When they did finally find my package the manager said I’d have to come back the next day even though I paid overnight shipping and was sent an email to come pick it. After arguing for what felt like an eternity he reluctantly decided to give it to me. One of them smelled like he’d been drinking and his hostility matched his scent of debauchery. Shame on the employees for treating people like this and putting more unjustified negativity in the world. Next time I’ll use fedex or have it sent somewhere else. Absolutely pitiful
- SSStevenApr 13, 20191.0Got put on the waiting list for a PO box, 4 months later I went in asked them how it was going and they said they couldn't get ahold of me so they put me back on the list. Also having had a package returned once already I asked them if they could not do it again as I had one being shipped to them. They said they'd hold it for a day before shipping it back and to come get it immediately when it arrives. I updated my tracking page hourly all day for it and around 6pm it says they're sending it back. How am I supposed to know it got there? Telepathy?!
