She refused to send my package because she didn’t get the answer she wanted about my package. I was trying to send back an iPad that didn’t work to the company I work for. She was plain on rude and should not work with people. I questioned her intelligence to even do her job. I’ve gone several times before and have been helped by other workers and never had trouble. It’s sad that the military personnel have to deal with such negativity.
