- MAMichael AmbrielJul 29, 20255.0Good experience so far just not a fan of the parcel locker system with people having the possibility of taking other peoples packages when they open the locker. There are cameras though but that’s for after the fact if it happens.

- KEKal_ Ehl_Apr 28, 20221.0We were informed by the main office that we only had to pay off the difference on 2 shipping labels that we had misweighed. Decided to take it down the street to the Pepeekeo Post Office where she refused to help, telling us that we needed to buy an entirely new shipping label. Repeating that the label costs money, and doesnt know whay to do about it. So we Went straight to the main office in Hilo and will not be using this post office again. Other younger employee was really nice and friendly in the pepeekeo office, but was too busy helping others.
