- RDRoger DeLaceyFeb 7, 20261.0I came in to ask for assistance in correcting a package. The supervisor said It was not coming to their office(this is the issue I’m trying to correct). They provided zero methods on how to correct the issue and smeared I just randomly call other usps sites to see if they can assist. Apparently the usps system is store specific and cannot work to see details on any usps tracking number. They can only see what’s coming to their store and offer no advice on correcting the issue. Won’t use this location again.
