My past visits there were always enjoyable. Why? Friendly employees. So, when we got there, I scanned the QR code to leave feedback before seeing who was working today. By the time I got my phone out and QR code scanned, by driver was done. Besides being friendly, staff at the UPS Store in Pahoa are FAST.

When I said I would go home and tape it closed, they reluctantly said they would tape it. Very small box! I’ve never experienced that at ANY UPS location here or on the mainland. Definitely not a very friendly place at times, and have had packages go missing due to what I was told was their drivers fault, and they weren’t able to track it at all. After a month and a half, the package finally showed up. The entire mail services in Hawaii are a joke!

Went in 2 days later and they said pkg was returned to sender because it had been there for more than two weeks. What??? No tracking number given for return. The cost to me is well over 1K so far. Absolute failure of customer service and delivery. The company I run will now do business with another carrier from now own.
