This has nothing to do with the staff or the system.This is just Hawaii telling you to chill out and stop depending on things you can't control .... Most of my deliveries arrive very fast until I really need it. Then the system shows it lost and it shows up a month later. I like all the people they are always understaffed and working very hard. They handle millions of Amazon packages a year just coming into Oceanview. I really believe that.

The package was mailed on July 23, 2025, and I was informed it should arrive by Saturday or Monday at the latest. However, as of Wednesday, July 30, 2025, the package has not been delivered. I have already initiated a tracking inquiry, and the last scan indicates it was in Ocean View. I have filed a case, and the postal office in Rio Linda has been very helpful in their search. Unfortunately, the Ocean View location has not been as forthcoming with assistance. The postal worker was unable to process a refund due to slow internet connectivity and a long queue of customers. She also mentioned the possibility of the package being stuck in Oahu, which was quite surprising to hear.
