- CHCeleste HardyOct 15, 20255.0Didn’t realize Monday was a holiday, so went the next day to have a box shipped out. There were extra workers and all of them were extremely welcoming and friendly. I was trying to be eco friendly and reuse an amazon box, but the kind lady informed me that I would save a lot of money using the Priority box instead. Thank you for the great customer service!

Half of the staff are kind and helpful, and then the others kinda the opposite, even some just being rude in the way they communicate. They have a survey about your experience right in front of the person who helped you and so its difficult to give a negative reaction while that person is right in front and can see what you pressed. This location does have one self drop off and one check out. The wait time can be typically 1 to 5 minutes. And on holidays a lot longer wait. They do have boxes, padded envelopes, and other packaging supplies.

They have repeatedly lost my packages and delivered to the wrong address. Dealing with their manager is worse than having a root canal. I cannot express to you how much I hate dealing with this Damn post Office. If at all possible, Go to another Post Office or deliver the package yourself you're better off just me
