- AGap graphFeb 2, 20261.0I forgot my key to my PO Box which I’ve had for over 20 years and when I went to the counter, they said that they no longer can get our mail for us, even though I provided ID. The post office should review their policies and procedures and make using the post office easy for their customers. They seem to want to make it hard for their customers plus they’re charging too much for a PO Box and or for mail they should actually give up and let private industry take over because they’re definitely losing money always and they raise the cost of stamps and they raise the cost of mailing and they don’t provide excellent customer service!
