I like how close we have the mail center. So convenient to receive packages and to send stuffs. The way also is set like receiving emails we we have a letter or a package makes life easier.

So bad. Never pick up the phone, ignore their emails and doesn’t do anything other than have you refill out the same form when they lose your package
