- ADAndre DeslauriersJul 1, 20254.090%+ of the staff at the Kula post office are great however there is one individual who has no respect, is downright rude and ignores clients. He has no people skills and the thing is, we all pay taxes which therefore means that we pay the staff salaries and by definition, they work for us, that's right, as they are offering a service to us but this one dud, man! He certainly is not at the right place he should be working in a non public interacting position.

- TMTerence McveyMay 9, 20181.0Workers are very rude. Today I called ahead just to let them know I would be there right at 4pm which is closing. I work in Lahaina so it hard to get there before then. I called ahead and didn’t ask them to extend hours just be ready for me right at 4. I had a bday present I needed to pick up for a child. I got there right at 4 and the door were locked. She saw me at the door, while she was assisting another customer, a refused to serve me. All I needed was a quick pick up. You could tell she was happy telling me no. There were no previous exchanges to warrant such behavior. No Aloha - her name is Michelle I believe.
