- IRIrina RazinaSep 12, 20251.0I stopped by this post office over Labor Day weekend to mail my friend her Birthday card. Bought a postage and lady at the counter assured me that it’ll arrive to Honolulu the next business day. Two weeks later, my friend has never received her card. I never suspected anything could go wrong, never even thought of keeping a receipt in case I need to track it. Birthday surprise and mood is ruined.

Took forever to wade thru the mess of options for everything from A to Z, excluding Y or N. When it (the electrolyzed voice) finally said she would redirect me to a human, it said the wait would be 55 minutes to one hour and a quarter. This for a post office the size of a postage stamp. A very small postage stamp. Funny, because the people at the counter are generally really nice and helpful. As I said, this review is for the phone call-in options.
