They say that it's a "third party's" fault (won't tell me who) and that amazon used the cheapest sending method so its not their fault if the package disappears out of thin air. The person on the phone also kept telling me I was wrong about the tracking information and expected arrival of my package (if you use amazon you see exactly when it is supposed to come). Please take some responsibility for your complete lack of care. Losing essential packages since day 1.
