Didn’t care about my questions, didn’t want to take the time to give me some options, could not have cared less about my need to send. Called the 800 number and when I spoke with a live person they helped me get the info I needed to make the right choice.

I went to this UPS store in Kihei on October 27, 2025, to take a passport photo and had a very bad experience. The employee, Matthew, was rude and unhelpful. The photo came out blurry and low quality, without the proper passport certification. After two attempts, he told me to either accept the bad photo or ask for a refund, in an aggressive tone, even though my husband’s photo, taken at the same time, turned out fine — so it was clear they could have tried again. I ended up going to CVS, where they were kind, professional, and delivered a perfect passport photo — for $12 less than UPS. It’s disappointing to see such poor service from a company like UPS. Definitely would not recommend this location.
