- GMGerald MartellAug 7, 20252.0Have a P.O box and when I get notifications my packages are available for pick up I head down often to find out the package is not available. I appreciate the post office but do not understand why I am notified by USPS my mail is ready when it actually is not. I keep wasting time having to make multiple trips for the same package and today I am waiting for a very important package to help me fix my motorcycle and it has happened again. I actually walked there and have to walk back again later to check and possibly another time if they don't have it ready, though tracking says it is. Hopefully this improves so I can give a better review later on.

However, prior to mailing, we were unaware that our new address doesn’t receive mail. They made us aware, said they would hold our many packages until we arrived and get us set up with a PO BOX. They seriously were so nice about the entire mix up and alleviated our initial panic when we found out! Mahalo everyone! You made this move seamless for us.

He received a message at one point telling him he had three packages ready for pickup along w some regular mail. So he called me since he's on the mainland right to go pick them up. There are NO Packages at all that day, and one piece of junk mail. Now I go to check the box for him because he did receive 2 very small packages at 2 different times but never a 3rd. They called him on the phone telling him that he received a package in the box that wasn't to be for him could he please return it. However, there still is no 3rd PKG, but when I go to get our mail today, they've locked our mailbox from the inside and now we have to go in and ask for it as if we did something wrong. Poor, poor quality we orkerd.
