- ZZZe’sMamaMar 16, 20261.0I really wish Google would allow No stars. This post office may be understaffed BUT that is not the customer’s fault. That’s on USPS! You cannot get through on the phone to speak with anyone because they refuse to answer. You CANNOT walk in to get your package even if you have identification, the tracking number and it will be returned to sender immediately even though their website states “contact your local office regarding your package”. Why work for USPS if this is ultimately how you will treat your customers that you see literally EVERYDAY?! It may be out of the way for some but send your packages to Hilo’s location and avoid this place if at all possible. They should just take the post office out and utilize the whole building for PO Boxes. At least Hilo’s workers are kind and more helpful!

If you need to pick up an oversized package which is anything bugger than an envelope around here expect to wait at least 30 minutes in line. More like an hour. The worst post office ever in my opinion. Staff are nice most of the time at least.
