  Dont want to really give a bad review but ... This guys needs help. Not to sure if there underhand or not enough funds. Just to pick up package it takes like an hour. Maybe needs more of a system

  Understaffed and no matter what there’s a line out and around the building. If you need to pick up an oversized package which is anything bugger than an envelope around here expect to wait at least 30 minutes in line. More like an hour. The worst post office ever in my opinion. Staff are nice most of the time at least.

  I haven't had any issues with any of the women at the front desk, but everytime I get one of the men at the front, I have a bad experience. Today I went in and there wasn't anyone behind me in line. I misunderstood the workers question and he got impatient and really rude. I told him the address that I put on Amazon, but mentioned I also have a PO box(we are still dealing with the transition of the new boxes) At this point a few people had come and gotten in line (there was another worker helping at another counter) he got super annoyed and mad that I answered his question wrong and I apologized for misunderstanding the question and told him I was looking for my package with a yoga mat in it and he asked what address or the po box and I said the address that I put in Amazon and he asked what the po box was so I told him and then he got mad again and asked which one I sent it to. I said it should be the address, but I'm trying to double check cause he said he couldn't find it. He snapped at me to just let him know when I figured it out and shouted to have the next person in line come up. I got out of line. Got back in line and luckily had Auntie this time. I told her the last name and she immediately found it. I thanked her for always being so patient and kind and then we went on our way. I don't know why the men are so rude and impatient everytime. Normally I just brush it off, but this has been a consistent problem for at least a year. I know it is frustrating for the workers to deal with all the changes, which is a big reason I usually just brush it off, but enough with the lack of customer service already
