She kindly repacked and taped it up for me!All three employees were friendly and efficient, much appreciated as we were leaving the Island early the next morning.
- SSSister SeersJul 28, 20255.0I had an issue with a new carrier not delivering signature-required mail and certain packages that needed to be left at the door despite me being present at home all day (with my front door open), and I left a comment on the USPS website regarding my experience. I never had an issue with my previous mailman. The next business day, I received a response from my local post office, and they rectified the delivery issue immediately. I'm certainly surprised by their attentiveness to matters like this, but more so impressed by their willingness to reach out to me, communicate, and then improve their service. Mahalo -- big appreciation to my new (and old) mail carrier and the whole staff at the PO.

I go to my box and get package slips. I go to get my packages and a lady is standing there and had just switched the sign to closed. She refused to allow me entrance to get my packages. Legally, they have the right since it was right at 4pm, but it is a despicable way to treat a paying customer
