I never had an issue with my previous mailman. The next business day, I received a response from my local post office, and they rectified the delivery issue immediately. I'm certainly surprised by their attentiveness to matters like this, but more so impressed by their willingness to reach out to me, communicate, and then improve their service. Mahalo -- big appreciation to my new (and old) mail carrier and the whole staff at the PO.
