- BKBob Katin1 day ago5.0After the counter was closed, the self serve system allowed us to pack a flat rate box, make a mailing label with bar code for delivery from the kiosk, pay for the delivery at the kiosk, and drop off the box, after normal hours in the package slot.

I have a PO Box at this location and often have to go inside to pick up packages when they won't fit in my box & they've run out of package boxes to use. Usually the staff will periodically offer to take anyone just picking up packages immediately & I won't have to wait in line long which is really nice. When I do have to wait it can be annoyingly, teeth grindingly slow. There's a self service mail kiosk in the lobby area that lets u avoid the line or mail things after hours; u can weigh out anything u want to mail & purchase the appropriate postage & additional services like package insurance right there. It's super easy to use & a nice alternative to going inside & waiting in line.
