  Needed help printing out a poster for a school project last minute. The process was easy. All I had to do was email them the file, pay for it and wait couple of minutes for it to print. Thought it would take longer. Was impressed with the quality. Staff was friendly and did a great job explaining the process.

  I never had a bad experience at FedEx up in till today. The girl working today 12/11/25 4:40 pm has no customer service and was rude. I know she did not look for the document I possibly left in the printer.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with one of the FedEx employees. She was unnecessarily rude, snarky, and openly hostile from the moment I arrived. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude I received—I was polite, patient, and simply trying to complete a basic service. Her behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable for someone representing FedEx. Really wish I got her name but I was so in a rush to take my business elsewhere. I strongly urge management to address this immediately as I’m not the only person to experience grief from this woman. No customer should be spoken to or treated this way.
