- EEemmyJun 30, 20251.0I wanted to express my frustration with the service I received today, June 30, 2025, around 12:15 PM at the Kamuela office. The male associate wearing glasses refused to accept my Amazon return because the three boxes weren’t taped together, even though there was only one QR code for the return. I explained that I didn’t have tape with me, and I was on my lunch break. Instead of offering a solution or showing understanding, I was told I needed to come back after taping them together myself. I now have to drive 45 minutes back home just to tape the boxes—this is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. This experience felt very unprofessional and lacked basic customer service. I hope steps are taken to ensure customers are treated with more empathy and provided with simple solutions, especially when they're following Amazon’s return instructions.

They were also closed on Sunday. I had tried to call before hand but their message box was full. I had purposely timed this package to be sent the day of and now it might be expired. Very annoyed.
