There's people who need jobs and would like to work, and be helpful to people there for their service. And then there's the people that work at this Post Office, extremely unprofessional and lacking basic customer service.
- VCviolet casavantJan 17, 20261.0I rarely have bad experiences anywhere I go, which is why this stood out so much. Unfortunately, this post office delivered the worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. Multiple staff members were openly rude, dismissive, and appeared to gang up rather than assist. There was no attempt at professionalism, patience, or basic courtesy. I was spoken to condescendingly and made to feel like an inconvenience for asking a simple question. I will say one staff member by the name of Missy was the only one who tried to help before being rudely shut down by her co-workers. This is a public-facing service, and the behavior I witnessed was embarrassing — not for me, but for the employees representing it. I left feeling uncomfortable and shocked at how acceptable this conduct seemed to be. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and provides proper training, because no one should be treated this way for using a basic service.
