We pay for a service and yet we are not allowed 24/7 access to our mailboxes.we pay for services. Yet the USPS does not provide the service are paying for. How are those who work 7 days a week 14-16 hrs days at the times you are not allowing us to get our mail- to have access to our mail? You are keeping us from what belongs to us. In Manoa and several other places you have access codes to get inside the lobby. Why are we not having this same system in place for us. Why are we being treated unfairly. Kailua has always been the worst post office in the USA. This is just tops the list. Keeping my mail from me. Just in 40 min over 20 cars stopped by to get their mail. Very each individual mad that they cannot access what they pay for. Their mail box
