- JJJodi Johnston3 days ago1.0They failed to redeliver an expensive package, and then said it was there, and then said they couldn't find it, and then said it was there, and then said it wasn't there. Now my $1000 seems to have disappeared without a trace (the value and contents were disclosed to the, consequently, so they KNEW expensive jewelry was in there). Nobody will communicate and they act like if they keep ignoring me that I will go away. Well, I'm not going away. I have filed police reports, investigations, opened lost mail claims and will stay on this until somebody follows up. You stole from the wrong person this time.

On 9/27 the clerk was rude with zero customer service skills, blaming the customer for not listing the right address instead of being solution oriented. Has bad attitude! I ALWAYS list full address 74-5577 Palani Rd then our PO BOX number and they even had my last name? TRAIN your employees to be efficient and provide elevate customer service👎🏽 I had my tracking number, tracking update reads “Delivered, In/at Maibox on 8/20. So where is my package?
