One time I waited over 10 minutes for her to even look up from her screen. That’s insane Today is Christmas Eve. The posted hours on the official UPS website is an early 3pm close. I went to the store to drop off a pre labeled package and the doors were locked with the ladies inside. The sign on the door said they will be closed on Christmas—understandable. So I knocked. Maybe it was a security issue. One of the ladies comes out yelling at me with a crumpled up sign saying that there was an A4 sign on the door for a couple weeks that they would close at noon. 1) why are you yelling? 2) the company-wide standard to close on Christmas Eve is 3pm today 3) thanks for finally acknowledging me —even if it was to be a grump I really wish they would just hire nicer, better employees.
