  I had always had a good experience at this print and go location until tonight. I came in for a quick print of 2 documents, super easy right? Well their system changed and now they no longer provide much customer service at all. The self service kiosk that I was using was malfunctioning and not connecting to my account. I had also sent a document to their email server and I was not getting a response after waiting for 20 mminutes.The associate there could not care less about these problems and refused to troubleshoot any of these problems and told me to just "wait" - this waiting was upwards of 25 minutes. I tried another self-service kiosk and it worked. I don't appreciate a rude manager acting condescending towards me because their systems and kiosks are down.

  I have used this FedEx location a few times for printing and shipping packages. It is convenient and professionally run. I recently needed to ship a package for two day delivery and the customer service person received my item and packaged it for me. I have also used this location for online printing, again with very good customer service.
