- JPJohn PearsallNov 9, 20251.0Came to send clothes flat rate US (they were literally falling out my hands as I entered the store)...when I said I would pack the box myself in store in front of them, they said I would have to buy a $7 role of tape...apparently they could only put the one strip of tape on the box (that I was also buying from them) if they packed it...the lack of understanding guest services, logic, and common sense among this new generation is confounding...will wait the extra day to ship with FedEx
