- MBMelanie Benito-JacintoDec 12, 20251.0INDIRECTLY RUDE customer service today! went in to pick up a package because I was notified that the package was there and ready for pick up. The rep that was assisting me was sweet and nice however, her counter "trainer" was not. I was told to NEVER BELIEVE the email confirmation and if it did in deed get delivered, I was not supposed to pick it up until after 3pm. Mind you, there are no signs posted saying that package pick up for same day is at 3pm nor does it state that on the email from UPS saying my package is available. Its the Holiday season, I get it places are busy but if you are going enforce a rule or a company policy, it should be clearly stated or there should be signage stating such...as I could have saved my lunch break to actually have lunch instead of coming here and being scoffed at! Happy Holidays!

Dr. Jay and the team are always doing their best and even when there is a long line they are extremely friendly.
- JPJohn PearsallNov 9, 20251.0Came to send clothes flat rate US (they were literally falling out my hands as I entered the store)...when I said I would pack the box myself in store in front of them, they said I would have to buy a $7 role of tape...apparently they could only put the one strip of tape on the box (that I was also buying from them) if they packed it...the lack of understanding guest services, logic, and common sense among this new generation is confounding...will wait the extra day to ship with FedEx
