  I would like to share that Dr. J made my day! She went above and beyond to help me package a kite surfing board that was wreaking havoc on my life trying to send. She turned the experience around in seconds, and was delightful!! She was kind, patient, funny, efficient and just dissolved all the stress. She had me walking out the door with a big smile on my face! Thanks Dr. J!!

  This was an extremely disappointing experience. The store personnel were outright rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Their unprofessional attitude made the situation uncomfortable and frustrating, and they showed no interest in providing even basic customer service. I strongly advise against dealing with the personnel in this store. The level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

  INDIRECTLY RUDE customer service today! went in to pick up a package because I was notified that the package was there and ready for pick up. The rep that was assisting me was sweet and nice however, her counter "trainer" was not. I was told to NEVER BELIEVE the email confirmation and if it did in deed get delivered, I was not supposed to pick it up until after 3pm. Mind you, there are no signs posted saying that package pick up for same day is at 3pm nor does it state that on the email from UPS saying my package is available. Its the Holiday season, I get it places are busy but if you are going enforce a rule or a company policy, it should be clearly stated or there should be signage stating such...as I could have saved my lunch break to actually have lunch instead of coming here and being scoffed at! Happy Holidays!

  I’ve used the notary service at this location many times. The whole location is always busy but the staff makes you feel welcome and are very professional. Dr. Jay and the team are always doing their best and even when there is a long line they are extremely friendly.
