- KNKyle NICHOLASSep 3, 20251.0This place is the definition of inefficient. If it takes you 10 minutes to mail 1x flat rate box with 10 customers in line you need a new clerk. This is the reason the USPS has so many issues, there is nobody effectively managing these offices.

I had 3 boxes to ship, one of them inside and was getting the others from the car when they closed and locked the door for lunch with my stuff inside so I can't even leave until they're done with their break. With time to kill I did some research. Of about 50 locations on Oahu only 5 close for lunch (when working people have time to go to the post office). Of those 5, only 2 close for a whole hour and this is one of them. No wonder USPS would be bankrupt if it were a real business.
