Showed up at 3:40pm (they close at 4pm) and she stated no more customers are allowed in because she closes the door early so she can get off at 4pm. This is not professional at all. If the business is open until 4pm, the doors need to stay open until 4pm. You are a service worker and paid to accommodate customers. You are paid to take care of customers, not your best interest. Upper management will be notified.

Today I went in at 1115 and they closed for a 2 hour lunch, reopening at 1330. This place is a joke. Service members are trying to get gifts out for the holidays and can’t. It should be shut down completely or undergoing new management immediately.
