Today, a new story: I had to pay $2 just to have them tape up the “arm” (the handle?) with scotch tape. I’m starting to think they should introduce a rain tax… and an extra parking fee too. What other payments will there be? I’m actually getting curious now.
- YNYasuo NagaiMar 7, 20261.0I had a horrible experience at this location. The staff was incredibly rude, and I felt I was being discriminated against. When I entered, a man with a long beard and hair was chatting in a friendly way with another customer. However, when it was my turn, he was very unwelcoming. For no reason, when I asked for a copy or printout, he told me sharply that I had to do it myself. Afterwards, he repeatedly told me they were closing soon in an aggressive tone that was directed only at me. When I tried to say thank you at the end, he just looked back and said, 'Sir, sorry, we need to close right now.' This behavior is unacceptable. A UPS Store employee does not have the right to mistreat customers who have done nothing wrong."

I ran into an issue with Amazon sending me the wrong return shipping label, and Fabian, the manager, went above and beyond to help me sort it out. He was patient, friendly, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. He even stayed after hours to make sure my issue was resolved. Fabian ultimately came up with the solution himself, and I truly would not have been able to fix it without his help. I’m so impressed with the level of care and service at this location. Highly recommend and definitely a well-deserved five stars.
