Ms. Golden was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. While I was arranging my shipment, I also observed other FedEx team members engaging positively with customers. There was no wait, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. This location has earned my business and will be my go-to FedEx store moving forward.

Right after work, I went straight to their office THE SAME DAY they attempted to deliver my packages and I was told they are on a plane going back to sender. I’m still amazed how Amazon can deliver packages to my door and FedEx cannot. I’ve waited for these orders just find out they’re getting shipped back?? I mean two packages and they don’t even hold them for even one day?! I’ve started my refunds today. From now on every time I see FedEx on my deliveries I’ll cancel it right away. I’ll make sure my family and friends will boycott FedEx as well!! Enough is enough!!
