  This is a massive FedEx with everything you need however the service is extremely slow. One customer takes over an hour to get helped even though it’s the most simple tasks.

  The Fed Ex location on Kapiolani Blvd has the worst customer service by the manager. It is my third time in this store and the service is always terrible, do not go to this location

  “On Oct30 at the Kapiolani location, an employee spoke to me disrespectfully and called me ‘stupid’. I felt humiliated. I presented my receipt and asked for help but got no apology. FedEx should train staff better — this is unacceptable.”

  Well this is my first time using this location. The Parking is convenient. Also is close to ala moana , I don’t remember the name of the person who help me with my package, but he was great. Yesterday when I arrive he was alone. Picking up the phone the printing area and helping me. A lot of tags at the same time . I’ll use this office in the future because is very convenient for me
