- CIChristina Illarmo6 days ago5.0Parking, friendly staff, well stocked w/ boxes. Heads up, there is no self-service kiosk, however, there is a drop off box if your package already has postage.
- IWIsabella WangSep 26, 20191.0I am sending a birthday card and a bookmark to my friend in Ohio, they didn't even look at the address clearly or ask me to confirm, they just asked me to fill in the custom form because there is a merchandise, I am not sure if it is because I look exactly like I am not from here or any other reason, It was awful. When I finished filling it they said oh it is Ohio you don't have to fill it, no apologizes. This is the second time I went there to send things and the second time they profiling me which I think it is very inappropriate and rude, very bad experience. I have nothing to say.
