Lobby used to be op n 24 hours so I could pop in and get shipping boxes at night when I was free, but now it’s locked when after hours. Kind of took away the whole “convenience” aspect. No notice on the door, no lobby hours posted anywhere visible from the outside. Tomorrow is a Sunday, will it be unlocked at all? Sure would be nice to know before you go.

Service was efficient, particularly given the length of the line, and competent and friendly. It has everything that a post office should have, including stamps and mailing materials like boxes and tape and greeting cards. Also has a PO Box area. Parking available out front. There’s also a mail collection box on the sidewalk. Collected at 3 pm and 5 pm Monday through Friday, and at 2 pm on Saturdays

Staff is great - came three times in one week and every person who helped us was friendly and efficient. Parking lot is small but we had no issues finding a spot.

I brought my marriage certificate and 2 pieces of ID of my husbands to the post office to substantiate the COA on his behalf, change of address, but was turned away as I didn’t have a power of attorney. Instead I had to pay another $1.75 to submit another COA for me and the household with the same last name. It didn’t make sense but I read the instructions again and found out that marriage certificate was an acceptable form of document to substantiate the COA. The USPS clerks need to refresh their knowledge on COA procedures. Bring documented proof that lists you as the authorized agent for the person listed on the COA (i.e. notarized letter, power of attorney, executorship, guardianship letter or marriage certificate for yourself) to any Post Office location.
