- HCHerb ChuOct 31, 20251.0From the toll-free general operator, was given the specific phone number to this postal station but when I called to ask a question, an automated response said the number was no longer in use or disconnected. No alternative number was provided. Called back the toll-free general operator and given the phone number to another nearby postal station. Called THAT number a few times but no pickup and after being placed on hold, the call disconnected. This happened each time after numerous tries. Really sucks!!!

They open at 9 am and on this day 1 person behind the counter. This is the small neighborhood post office. Now, You! Have 4 + more items that you need attended to ? You might want to go to a larger post office. You're going to have to wait, I was 1st inline, just before it opened I noticed that I Needed clean tape 😒, this place is small & what are the odds 🤔, 1 person I see setting up? The door opens I rush to the counter and ask " do you have tape" yes. This Is a Post Office this young lady " only 1 person " handed me the tape said " pay me after you are done, no problem" me 😯! I did what I had to tape, I also was listening and watching, this 1 person caring for us older people by letting them know the different ways on how to go about their mail& packages. Came to me, we covered ALL the " why's of " just putting the calendars in a large envelope, NOT individually. Saved $18.+😳! I was glad that I came to this USPS, for I got customer service. Holiday..if your out there? You was awesome, I'll be back 😊.

- PRPeter RuizJun 8, 20215.0I can't live without the the postal service up and running, I mail post cards letters this is how I can stay in touch economically.As you may view by postings, they run a pretty tight ship clean and we'll kept almost like a new business just starting out , I give them alot of credit in which they richly deserve, it's takes alot of work to keep a business like that up and running day in and day out, that's why I've given them a 5 star rating.
