  If you want rude service, this is the number one spot! The person who answered my call had a straight attitude when I asked why my package wasn't delivered when it said it was attempted, even though no one really showed up. I just mentioned that I had a Ring camera, and he got all mad. Now my package is being sent back, and he stated that it would be on the truck for delivery tomorrow. That wasn't the case, plus I requested for it to be redelivered to the address, but the package wasn't picked up and is now being sent back. Yeah not reliable and seems like the reviews are true!

  "Kaylynn" is a lazy, rude, condescending, sarcastic employee. Kaylynn pretends that she is clear and direct but that is a cover for unprofessional behavior and poor temperament. She forgets that SHE works at UPS, not me. New management should run a few test calls/in store pop ups to observe first hand why this store is losing business and employees. UPS deserves better than this and I will be sure to alert corporate of my interactions with this individual.

  Website says store closes at 6pm. Pulled up at 5:25pm, all the store lights were off making it seem like they were closed. I took a chance and tried the door. The door opened and the lady behind the counter stood up (she was not visible upon entering). I asked if they were still open, and she said, "for another 2 minutes." It was obvious she already started closing the store down BEFORE closing time, and based on her tone and choice of words, she seemed annoyed that I arrived right before closing. I chose to complete my task without entertaining her bad attitude which she continued to have during our interaction. Please update your website to show your correct store hours so that your customers make it in time and don't have to deal with a cranky, rude employee who is ready to clock out before the store even closes.

  Very convenient place, but with limited staffing they close early on weekdays and are closed completely on weekends.

  The closing hour for this place is 6:00 pm, but when you get there, there's a sign saying that they closed at 5:30 pm "today". It's not "today," but "every day," since they've had the same sign up for three months now. Just update your closing hour if you're going to do this, instead of wasting people's time who are going to the store expecting it to be open.
