It's not "today," but "every day," since they've had the same sign up for three months now. Just update your closing hour if you're going to do this, instead of wasting people's time who are going to the store expecting it to be open.

I came into the shop unfortunately close to closing time for a few Amazon returns. His attitude came through so aggressive that it made me flustered, resulting in my fumbling the labels between items. If it weren’t for the necessity to do these returns today I wouldn’t have come to this store. I don’t ever want to see that guy again.

Just now received a call from him saying that the notary decided not to come for work today. When I expressed my frustration and said that I need a notary for today he simply said “Good luck with that” and hang up on me. What is going on? And also he mentioned that I had to pay for the service cash only. Why so? Disappointed and frustrated. People do not work and make others go through difficulties. UPDATES: Failing location and management. They asked me to email them to find out what exactly happened. And never replied to my email. Shame. If I was a district manager, everyone would happy go home today. They suck
