Had to provide proof of receipt, or else they would have never believed me. Later they said they are too busy to scan packages, so sometimes the packages go unscanned. Well it’s be 12 days with no scan. Horrible customer service. Lie after lie. They just go around the problem and don’t help at all. As a customer I expect a shipping carrier to do there job correctly. Unacceptable

I just realized today after months of using their service that theyve been charging me without notice “cost adjustment” I have 1 product i sell on ebay. Literally, packaged, all uniform, same weight, same size. Because ebay automatically organizes the cheapest shipping its a toss between usps and ups. I reviewed all of usps charges, theres no overage. But ups, half the time, theyres an overage, but the other half there isnt. Meaning they accepted Why is it that usps never charged overage? And why is it that ups themself half the time didnt have an overage? Its inconsistent. And low quality. And dishonest because i they charged me and i never knew all this time
