    Every time I go on to this UPSstore, everyone there greets you with a smile and they seem so happy to help you and are just kind nice people whether I have to go in there.To return an amazon or mail a package.I'm always greeted with kindness and never rushed.Pleasant experience.

    I would recommend going to another ups store instead of this one, though I am not sure if I would consider using ups either if there is better option. I have been dropping off about a dozen or more packages with this ups recently, usually package would be scanned that day or next day and shown as picked up by ups. However my last package where I drop off at this store on November 21, 2025, tracking only shows it was dropped off by me as the customer on November 21, 2025, but no new tracking shows it was in ups possession by Tuesday November 25, 2025. I stopped by the store asking them what happened to it, they said ups pick up my package. Later I called them and ask if they have any proof that ups driver picked up that package, they said they only have a list of total item not each item that was picked up by ups driver which seems to me that is a poor way to consolidate information, they then proceed to say because I print out the label using pirate ship it is not their responsibility and can not help with the claim or finding the package which make no sense. They even said pirateship is the customer not me which is also incorrect, I paid pirateship to print and use ups shipping service and I drop if off at their store so I am ups customers, pirateship is only a third party service to print label, ups store is the one accept the package, ups is the one shipping the item. Then they even hung up on me after having a condescending tone to customers, rude and irresponsible store manager and poor attitude so I responded in kind. It is interesting that someone else also has the first name Sean was working there when I called and stopped by this store but I never worked for ups or usps or any shipping carrier, and my first name is Sean but my last name is Brown and I have been self employed since 2013 and have not received a paycheck from anyone else since 2013. This ups store could have stolen my package (this shipment is for about $1400 worth of merchandise of mtg cards I sold to a vendor on the mainland which I ship to regularly) that I drop off with them, not give it to ups driver to be shipped out and said otherwise for all I know since ups tracking shows it was still at the store 5 days after I drop it off, or ups truck did pick up the package from them but never update the tracking which is also poor tracking service by ups, overall ups service is not up to par and this ups store is one I would rather avoid if using ups service due to lack of appreciation for customers. my address is in Hawaii Kai so this is the closest ups location unfortunately but I guess I will be using usps more again though I would say both have lots of room to improve except they just seem to get worse and worse in recent time. And I receive and shipped out hundreds of packages if not more every year so I have enough experiences using shipping services to based my feedback on. Update: a week after I dropped the package off and after this review, coincidentally after I file a claim ups tracking finally has updated its status to it having my package, what is strange is at first it shows as it was in Kona which made no sense as why would it route from Oahu to Kona if it was on its way to Washington, then later that status is removed and just shows it is in transit and has gotten to California. I do not know where it was delayed and incorrectly sorted initially and if it is due to their driver, the ups sorting facility, or the ups store where I dropped it off, but my feeling remains the same, I have no reason to keep using a service of a store that makes me feel unwelcome, or a shipping service that incorrectly sorted a package that was clearly labeled and delay my package delivery and seem to manipulate its tracking info. Not to mention they wasted more of my time trying to find out what happened to this package and delayed this shipment, and I wonder if I have not filed a claim and ask ups to investigate the whereabouts of this package any new tracking would have shown up or this would remain missing.

    Stephen was helpful with figuring out my Amazon return. Even answered my printing/scanning questions even I didn't go through UPS. I would give 6 stars if this UPS store also happen to recycle Amazon boxes. They play great music while you're waiting in line.
