  I had a horrible experience at this location. The staff was incredibly rude, and I felt I was being discriminated against. When I entered, a man with a long beard and hair was chatting in a friendly way with another customer. However, when it was my turn, he was very unwelcoming. For no reason, when I asked for a copy or printout, he told me sharply that I had to do it myself. Afterwards, he repeatedly told me they were closing soon in an aggressive tone that was directed only at me. When I tried to say thank you at the end, he just looked back and said, 'Sir, sorry, we need to close right now.' This behavior is unacceptable. A UPS Store employee does not have the right to mistreat customers who have done nothing wrong."

  Outstanding customer service at The UPS Store on Keawe Street. I ran into an issue with Amazon sending me the wrong return shipping label, and Fabian, the manager, went above and beyond to help me sort it out. He was patient, friendly, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. He even stayed after hours to make sure my issue was resolved. Fabian ultimately came up with the solution himself, and I truly would not have been able to fix it without his help. I’m so impressed with the level of care and service at this location. Highly recommend and definitely a well-deserved five stars.

  I needed notary services, and a friend recommended this UPS store. Kevin was courteous, professional, and efficient. I was able to complete the process in less than 15 minutes. The customer service was excellent; the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning!

  Today I needed to return an Amazon package and found myself walking to The UPS store on Keawe street in Honolulu. Kawai and Fabian were very polite and helped me with my package. My phone was dying and Fabian offered me his charging cord to charge my phone and while I waited I had an interesting conversation with Kawai. I’m a senior citizen and find I’m invisible to young people often. These two young men made me feel valuable today. I would very much recommend your shop. ♥️
